The United Group offers moving and logistics services, including complete residential and office moves, custom furniture delivery and assembly, and partnerships with furniture manufacturers and retailers. For more information about our services, please see our UG Move Master Guidelines.<\/p>

3. Account creation<\/strong><\/h3>

To book a move, users must create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and relevant details, depending on whether you are a personal or business customer.
Note: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.<\/p>

4. Booking and appointments<\/strong><\/h3>

Once you have received a quote, you can book your move by selecting your preferred date.<\/p>

Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. After that, fees may apply.<\/p>

Changes: United Group reserves the right to change, cancel, or adjust the price of your appointment if conditions or required services change.<\/p>

5. Prices and payment<\/strong><\/h3>

We do not accept payments directly through our website. All prices and quotes are processed through our UG Move Master policy and will be provided to you after your move details have been confirmed. Any price changes will be clearly communicated to you.<\/p>

6. User obligations<\/strong><\/h3>

When booking your move, provide accurate and complete information.<\/p>

Please inform us of any special circumstances (e.g. fragile items, difficult accessibility) that may affect the move.<\/p>

United Group is not liable for any damages or problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.<\/p>
